As a recent amputee, I now find that I need help with many things during the day. I have a carer who makes my bed every morning, packs/ unpacks my dishwasher, hangs washing and brings it in, folds and puts it away. A carer is always in my apartment when I shower! I have my apartment cleaned weekly. All these tasks (and many others) are carried out by experienced, friendly staff. My Case Manager Chantelle, who has a lovely, friendly, and outgoing manner, has been able to make sure I have all the help I need.
